For my 66th birthday, I had the pleasure of receiving as a birthday present a TI-66 (new!)...
Other programmable TI have been added, including a TI-62, also brand new and never used.
In its original box, it was accompanied by its manual, still in plastic.
Another new machine that I will have to tame. |

The TI-62 |
|
The TI-62, released in 1986, differs from previous programmable TI (TI-57, TI-57 LCD, TI-57 II) by its horizontal format.
It uses the format of the TI-66 which will be adopted by the machines of the "Galaxy" range. |

TI-62 Emulator |
|
As with the TI-66, no other emulator other than that of Claudio Larini seems to exist.
The remarkable work of Claudio should be noted, but the ergonomics of its emulator still make it not very pleasant to use, whatever the emulated calculator.
So as for the emulation of the TI-66 :
the keyboard is used by moving from key to key with up / down, left / right arrows (no mouse),
no other language than Italian,
garish colors that end up tiring the eyes.
But...
A use of the mouse,
a multi-language version or even only English,
and the possibility of choosing its colors
would have allowed to appreciate this emulator as it deserves.
